Lead recovery for home service contractors

Every missed call is a job for the next contractor on Google.

For plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians and roofers. Granite Point answers the calls your crew can't, texts back in seconds, follows up on open quotes, and asks happy customers for reviews. You keep working. The jobs land on your calendar.

What missed calls cost your shop

Most people who reach voicemail don't leave one. They call the next company on the list. Move the sliders to match your week.

What we install

A front office that never puts down the phone

We build and run it on your business number, in your company's name, whatever your trade. Your customers hear from your shop, not from us.

Starter

Missed-call text-back

Every unanswered call gets a text in seconds that asks what the problem is and where. Most callers would rather text than leave a voicemail.

Starter

Speed-to-lead

Website forms and Google Business messages get an instant reply, and you get the details on your phone.

Starter

Review requests

After each completed job, customers get a short text asking for a Google review. Unhappy replies come to you first.

Growth

AI voice receptionist

Answers after hours and when the line is busy. Takes the problem, the address and the urgency, and books or escalates.

Growth

Quote follow-up

Open estimates get polite, spaced-out follow-ups so a new furnace, a panel upgrade or a full roof doesn't die in someone's inbox.

Pro

Customer reactivation

Past customers get seasonal reminders: fall furnace tune-ups, spring AC checks, water heater flushes, storm-season roof inspections. Work you already earned.

Pro

Google Business Profile

Photos, posts, hours and review replies kept current, so you show up when someone nearby searches "electrician near me" or "roof repair near me."

Pro

Monthly ROI report

Calls caught, jobs booked, reviews earned and estimated revenue. One page, every month, in plain numbers.

Add-on

Google Workspace management

Professional email on your own domain, set up and looked after. We add and remove staff accounts, share calendars and inboxes, turn on 2-step verification, and set up the records that keep your email out of spam.

How it works

You run jobs. We handle the setup.

  1. Missed-call audit

A 20-minute call. We look at how calls, forms and quotes reach you today and where they leak.

  2. Build

We set up texting, call handling and follow-ups in your shop's voice, using your hours and service area.

  3. Go live

We test every path with you before a single customer sees it. You approve the wording.

  4. Report and tune

Each month you see what was caught and booked, and we adjust what isn't pulling its weight.

Pricing

Plans start at $800 a month

Your exact price comes out of the free audit, based on your call volume and what you need. Flat monthly pricing, no per-lead charges.

Questions

Straight answers

Which trades do you work with?

Plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing are our core trades. We also work with other household service companies, like garage doors, septic, insulation and gutters, where customers call when something breaks.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your customers keep calling the number on your truck. We route missed and after-hours calls through our system so nothing goes to a dead voicemail.

Will customers know they're texting an automated system?

Messages go out in your shop's name and voice, and you approve the wording before launch. Anything the system can't handle, like a pricing question or a complaint, goes straight to you.

What happens with a real emergency at 2 AM?

The receptionist collects the problem and address, flags it as urgent, and alerts whoever you name as on call. You decide what counts as an emergency and who gets woken up.

How much of my time does setup take?

About an hour total: the audit call, a review of the message wording, and a test run before go-live. We do the rest.

Is this a fit if I'm a one-person shop?

Often, yes. Solo operators miss the most calls because they're always on a job. Starter is built for that.

Can you manage our business email and Google Workspace?

Yes. We can set up email on your own domain, move you off a personal Gmail or an old provider, add and remove employee accounts, and handle the security settings. It's available as an add-on to any plan.
